The greatest lessons are taught and learned while you're walking somewhere.

You have to be changed.  You have to truly want to be a butterfly, and you have to forget about being a caterpillar.

Don't be surprised when you're changed as you follow Christ.

If there is one sterilized place on earth, it's the temple.

Heavenly Father wants us to act, but a lot of the time we want to be acted upon.  We want to be told what to do and how to do it, instead of acting in faith and trusting that the Spirit will guide us.

We have to be willing to do something, not just be willing to know something.

The scriptures and hearing about others' experiences don't help us comprehend our own condition and relation to God.  We have to learn on our own; we have to learn by our own experiences.

We can do so much, be so obedient, and magnify everything we possibly can, and still feel like we are so far away.  But when we truly and sincerely repent is when we feel the arms of the Lord roundabout, qualifying us, and we feel that we are accepted of Him.

In the Premortal life, we grew and developed our talents to the level we would need for mortal life.  In mortal life, we continue developing them to the level we need for Celestial life.

A violin string is of no use until it is stretched.  God is going to stretch us.  We will all have to go through the refiner's fire.

Our orthodoxy drives our orthopraxy, and vice versa.

The Church provides organization, the Priesthood, and the necessary ordinances.  That's why we need organized religion.

Every time you try your faith, or act on worthy impressions, you'll receive strengthening for your faith, and see good fruits.

Our efforts change when we have a vision of what we have the potential to become.

Going down to the cellular and DNA level, you know that you are a child of God.

Serving others is the way men and women prepare themselves for eternal life.

I don't understand everything, but I do understand that people need to know that they're loved and that God does love them.

Hope is the light on the hill that pushes you to exercise your faith and move forward!

What we desire, or the desires of our hearts, is shown in what we seek.

It's a commandment to love God.  Not because it exalts Him, but because it exalts you!

To be able to get to a godly place, we have to have Godly help.  The Atonement takes us to places we cannot get to by ourselves.

You weren't born into the Church, you weren't born into a righteous family, you weren't given all of these blessings by chance.  You earned these blessings, opportunities, and privileges in the Premortal life from who you were and what you did there.

Get the earphones out of your head and meditate!  Let the Holy Ghost talk to you and help you focus and understand.  That's when divine, personal inspiration will enlighten your mind.

Satan is always trying to get us to fail.  Are we always trying to be good?

The most effective time to share the Gospel is when you're not wearing a nametag.

You can find truth everywhere, but if you want to find all truth in one place, you'll find it in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Conversion is pushing the Gospel from your head to your heart.

God doesn't just take the cross away.  He strengthens you to be able to bear that cross.

Charity is the highest motive for service as a leader.  If we're doing good things but our motives are not with full purpose of heart or pure intent, those good things are of no benefit.

Because we see things so often, we see them less and less.  See your loved ones and be thankful for them.
